OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an Analytics Project Management for a four (4) month contract hybrid role in San Jose, CA.

*Local candidates highly encouraged to apply as onsite work is a requirement*

**Successful candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to go W2**

 

PAY RATE:

  • $125-$140 per hour (onsite)
  • $100-$115 per hour (remote)

Rate is negotiable based on work schedule.

 

OVERVIEW:

Seeking a Healthcare Analytics Consultant to conduct an end-to-end review of our Analytics Program. The goal is to modernize the client’s infrastructure and bring in operational efficiencies. This consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing the client’s analytic capabilities to better support their healthcare initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The consultant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive review and strategic recommendations encompassing the following areas:
    • Staffing and Team Organization: Conduct an in-depth review of the current staffing and team organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient operation.
    • Program Efficiency: Evaluate the allocation of activities and staff across multiple parallel programs to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
    • Systems and Tools Analysis: Assess existing systems and tools used for analytics, providing detailed system diagrams of the current state.
    • Future State Recommendations: Develop and present recommendations for future state enhancements, including team composition, staffing levels, and the integration of key technologies such as Epic Nebula, Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake to support various County programs, including the Quality Improvement Program (QIP).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Healthcare Analytics.
  • Extensive experience with Epic systems.
  • Proven experience at the Manager or Director level within a Health System.
  • Familiarity with California’s Quality Improvement Program (QIP) is desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Epic Clarity/Caboodle/Cogito is essential.
  • Hybrid: Required to be onsite as needed.

DESIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Epic Clarity certification.
  • Azure certification.
  • Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake technologies.
