Our commitment to this principle stems from our founders, who began their careers as consultants in the 1980s. They recognized the need for a consultant-centric company, one that prioritizes the well-being and success of each professional. Joined DCS in 1993 helping develop successful business operations including office management, human resources, accounting, finance, contract administration, and staff development.

Joined DCS in 1999 and is responsible for consultant payroll, 401(k), and all other aspects of human resources.
