DCS was founded in 1990 by Gary Sherrell, a Tandem Technical Consultant. Early in his career, Gary experienced firsthand the need for a consulting services firm to raise the bar and value their consultants as “partners”. This core value became the foundation of DCS, and through our practice DCS has grown to more than 300 IT Professionals across the country. In 2015, Gary came back in a full-time role to manage the company.
