Epic Kaleidoscope Analyst – Level II

OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for an Epic Kaleidoscope Analyst – Level II for a full-time permanent remote role in Durham, NC
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and reside on the East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Epic Kaleidoscope Analyst supports Ambulatory clinical workflows with a focus on ophthalmology and optometry. This role performs system build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within Kaleidoscope, ensuring accurate imaging workflows, documentation tools, and device integrations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Kaleidoscope Certification is required.
- Candidates should have there (3) to five (5) years of Epic experience and strong Ambulatory knowledge.
- Familiarity with Cadence and OpTime are highly beneficial for scheduling and perioperative alignment.
- The analyst collaborates with clinical stakeholders, resolves issues, and supports upgrades, optimization, and ongoing operational needs.
Required Education or additional experience:
- Work requires technical knowledge generally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree program in a related clinical, technical, informatics, operational, or business field, or equivalent experience.
