OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for an EpicCare Everywhere Analyst – Level II for a full-time permanent remote role in Durham, NC.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and reside on the East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Epic Care Everywhere Analyst supports Ambulatory interoperability workflows, ensuring accurate and efficient exchange of patient information across external organizations and regional health networks. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Care Everywhere functionality, including direct messaging, referrals management, patient record sharing, and cross-system data reconciliation. The analyst collaborates with clinical, operational, and regional interoperability groups to improve continuity of care and ensure compliance with data-sharing standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should have Epic Care Everywhere certification, strong Ambulatory experience, and solid knowledge of interoperability tools, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of Epic experience is required for this role.
- Work requires technical knowledge generally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree program in a related clinical, technical, informatics, operational, or business field, or equivalent experience.
