OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for two (2) Business Analysts for full-time permanent roles onsite in Eugene, OR.

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking Business Analysts who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with business units to gather and define requirements, working closely with development teams to ensure deliverables align with objectives, and partnering with project managers to drive initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate will also verify and test solutions to ensure problems are resolved effectively. Projects can range from small enhancements to large-scale transformations.
CURRENT & UPCOMING PROJECTS:
- Process Streamlining: Assist in consolidating and standardizing processes across multiple subsidiaries currently operating independently.
- System Migration: Support the migration of an operating company (agriculture, possibly construction & forestry) to the John Deere System, which utilizes Microsoft Dynamics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A BA with experience with MS Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Successful implementation may lead to MS Dynamics becoming the future ERP system.
- A BA with Lead experience would also be beneficial for one of the roles.
