We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in the Atlanta, GA area.




  • The person for this position will learn our 3rd party partners’ application platforms, how they work, what their APIs do and how our customers use them.
  • They will be the technical subject matter expert for these platforms and document the technical requirements for interfacing with these platforms.
  • This person will also assist 3rd party partners with the information required to interface with company’s standard APIs.
  • Documents technical requirements for integrating with 3rd party platforms.
  • Provides corresponding integration documentation to customers.
  • Conducts technical reviews with development teams.
  • Develops test cases and tests new APIs using Postman or some other tool.
  • Documents client’s standard APIs including sample requests and responses.
  • Educates 3rd party partners on how to integrate with client’s standard APIs.
  • Assists 3rd party partners with testing APIs and identifying bugs.
  • Communicates API defects to development support teams.




  • Ability to evaluate 3rd party platform functionality and translate their API requirements into technical requirements for developers.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects and developers to solution other technical challenges.
  • Has concise communication skills and can lead discovery sessions with 3rd party partners, customers and client.
  • Understands web services, the different types of services (SOAP and REST) and the different data format (XML or JSON).
  • Understands Postman, SOAPUI or some other API testing tool.
