We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for a remote six-month contract position in Washington State.


  • Responsible for developing the requirements and create work packages for software development teams.
  • Function as an integral part of a large product development team in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Technologically agnostic and able to apply the correct technology stack to meet the challenge at hand.


  • Minimum five (5) years of experience including a combination of the following skillsets:
    • Requirements gathering, documentation, process documentation, building use cases.
    • Designing solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders that meet business needs.
    • Drawing up features, epics and user stories for consumption by a team of software developers.
    • Write and validate functional requirements.
  • Experienced in Agile environments and be able to assist in backlog refinement and able to advise on project schedule and feature level-of-effort.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Possess deep knowledge of data structures, workflows, and process designs.
  • Able to understand and identify business and technical metadata for critical data elements.
  • Background in aerospace or experience developing in regulated environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, or related field preferred.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and be able to go W2.
