Change Management Coordinator/Business Process Coordinator
Description
OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Change Management Coordinator/Business Process Coordinator for a 12-month contract role onsite in Yonkers, NY.

PAY RATE:
- $90-$100 / hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, manages and controls activities of team that provides operational support for a business segment/group/team.
- Adjusts budget, timeline and project scope accordingly.
- Creates documentation, recommends solutions and assists with implementation.
- Provider data cleanup and Change Management.
- Data Source of Truth mapping Excel.
- Understands current Health System Provider data maintenance processes and identify opportunities for streamlining.
- Data Clean Up includes working with each department champion / divisional administrator to validate data accuracy and fill information gaps on provider profiles, collaborating with counterparts at client to validate data accuracy and fill in information gaps where needed.
- Documentation of provider data updates in the system and maintenance of data cleanup workflows where needed after provider data with Vendor goes live.
- Operational gathering of ingestion of Epic data/templates and provider information related to open scheduling enablement.
- Troubleshooting and testing of scheduling widgets.
