Working on the same project at the same desk every day can get old. Consulting offers a chance to collaborate and contribute on a variety of different projects. Yes, this does mean that many of our consultants find themselves temporarily relocating for their next assignment. While traveling and living out of a suitcase is a headache for some, many find it an exciting way to engage with clients across the country.
Of course, there are things to consider when contemplating a temporary relocation. We recently conducted a poll on Facebook to see what people consider to be the major factors of relocation. The majority of participants were most concerned about the local cost of living (50%) and travel expenses (27%). Do you agree with the poll results?
